Message app will not download pictures






















 · I did not have any problems with message+ until about a month ago. I don't know if this is related or not, but the last system update was applied on Feb When I use the Message+ app now, many messages, videos, or pics show up as just "downloading". I switched back to the Message app and do not have any problem receiving pics, message, or videos.  · I am not receiving all of my texts when in a Group text - MMS. I will receive all of my texts, however, if I am in a one-to-one text message. I have factory reset my phone, ensured that the MMS auto download is on, the service center flashed the phone, and I have done all the things.  · I have the Windows Mail app set to always download messages and pictures for all accounts. It randomly does not download content and displays a clickable message to "download messages and pictures". It shows that it is busy, with moving dots at the top of the screen, but it never does download the content.
